Happy Wednesday everyone!

Today's the day.
Ready to see what I did with the My Memories software?

Take a look:

This album was created in about half an hour. How? thanks to the fastfill feature of the My Memories digital scrapbooking software.

Siriously, it's super cool.

I have tons of paper choices, embellishments, colors.. you name it. Again, SUPER COOL.

You can read about the software's awesome features here.

Or watch the informational video on youtube.

OK, so now, for the interesting part... the GIVEAWAY!

What do you need to do? go to http://www.mymemories.com/ and try to guess which designer pack is my favorite. You can comment to this post or send me an email to ifat.art@gmail.com.

What do you get? How does your very own #1 digital scrapbooking software free download sound?

Go ahead and apply for the giveaway via email or comments to the post. Believe me - it's worth it!

By the way, if no one will be able to guess my favorite pack - I'll draw the winner out of all the suggestions.

The winner will be announced in one week.

You guess that's it, right? WRONG!

I'll soon post a discount coupon for you all to use on the my memories site.

Now, that's it :)

Have a great rest of the week!

Me? Really?

Hi all!

You'll never believe what happened to me today.
I'm at work, minding my own business and suddenly, I got an email.
What so special about an email, you ask? Nothing really except for the fact that "my memories", a digital scrapbooking company asked me to host a giveaway of their digital scrapbooking software.

Isn't it fun?
I'll post the giveaway details (the giveaway and what you need to do to get it) over the weekend. So stay tuned...

Thanks for stopping by!

Another productive day

Yesterday I took a day off from tasks, house chores, or anything else for that matter (besides the "small" task of taking care of my baby)... I just sat in front of the TV and did nothing.
Today I'm back with loaded batteries and this is the card I created from the top of my head.

All the supplies I used for this card are scraps. Scraps of ribbon, scraps of cardstock, scraps of everything. I had a great time making it.

Thank you for visiting!

Yet another one :)

Let me be proud of myself for a few minutes...
Who knew that having a baby would turn me into a task-completing-well-oiled-machine ?!
Today, after work, I...
- picked up my baby girl from child care.
- came home and fed her.
- went shopping for meat to make dinner.
- visited my sister in law.
- came home and gave my baby a bath.
- dressed her, fed her, put her to sleep the night away.
- made dinner.
- did a load of laundry.
And then...? Then I set down and made this card just for fun:

Who knew I had it in me...?Now, I'm going to sleep. I'm exhausted.

One card a day blog

Hi everyone!
I finally got around to sitting in my crafting studio (yes, studio. I have my own crafting studio now).
I found a great blog called 365 cards. They give a new card sketch\challenge every day. It's great for me while trying to get back on the crafting horse again ;)
This is the card I made with Today's sketch:

Here it is from some weird angles:

Hope you like it.

V-stitch crochet hat

Hi all,
So this week I was ask by Noy (my cousin's dd) to crochet a hat for her.
She saw the crochet hat that I made for my dd and she loved it and wanted one of her own.
So, here she is modeling the hat for you all:

The hat has a pink flower with light green leaves. The flower and the leaves can come of. It's cool.
Ain't she beautiful? The hat is cute too :)

If It's Raining And You're Sick - Crochet a Hat

Well, it might not work with the melody of the children song but it happened...

I got a bit of a cold and couldn't do a lot without getting to tired to move so I did a few things around the house but mainly - I did crochet.

Now that Elton the sheep is finally done, I decided to do a much simpler & quicker crochet project.

This is the hat that I made today:

A closer look:

By the way (1) - I had no pattern for this hat. All from the top of my hat. It's a first and I'm quite happy with the result.
By the way (2) - All the pictures I posted in the last few days were taken with my brand new iPhone. I finally got one. I've been waiting for it for such a long time. Don't try to wonder why... I just did.

That's it for now,

Little Wooden Cubes

So, while reorganizing my working space I discovered a lot of things that I haven't used in a while.
The first thing that I decided to put into good use is these little wooden cubes that I had.

I thought it would be cute if I could have them spell out "IFATART". So I did :)

Look:

And now, I put them on top of my big new screen (thanks honey, I love you!) - I think it's cute..

Super bad lighting, I know. What can I do?

First Big Crochet Project

Hi!

In late January I bought a crochet pattern of Elton the sheep from DeliciousCrochet on Etsy.

It took me "only" like a month and a half to finish this project but I did it!

Here's the result:

I hope you like it 'cause I do!
Now the only question is whether to let my 10 month old play with it or not. I started crocheting this doll for her but after putting all that effort in to it... And she'll just put it in her mouth?
We'll see...
